Walter Sergei Skinner Türkiye`de CNBC-e`de yayınlanmış olan Gizli Dosyalar (The X-Files) dizisinde Mitch Pileggi tarafından canlandırılmış olan bir karakterdir. Skinner dizide FBI Müdür Yardımcılığı görevindedir ve X-Files departmanını denetleme görevi de ona aittir. FBI`dan önce Deniz Kuvvetlerinde görev yapmış Vietnam Savaşı`na katılmıştır
