Good Charlotte 1 Nisan 1996`da Waldorf, Maryland`da kurulan punk rock grubu.
Grup "Good Charlotte" ismini Carol Beach York`un ``Good Charlotte: The Girls Of Good Day Orphanage`` isimli çocuk kitabından alır. Grup elemanları mevcut isimlerine bir önem vermediklerini ve artık ondan nefret ettiklerini söyler. Şimdiye kadar 3 albüm yayımlamışlardır, en önemli başarıyı 2002`te yayımlanan The Young and the Hopeless albümüyle elde etmişlerdir. Bu albümden çıkan "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous," "The Anthem," ve "Girls and Boys" isimli parçalar liste başı olmuştur. 2004`te çıkan The Chronicles of Life and Death şimdilik son albümleridir. Grup Benji ve Joel Madden ikizleri önderliğinde William Dean Martin ve Paul Thomas`tan oluşmaktadır.30 Martta da grubun GOOD MORNING REVIVAL adını verdikleri 4.albümleri yayınlacaktır.Albümün çıkış parçası olarak da yakın arkadaş oldukları AVANGED SEVENFOLD grubunun solisti ile seslendirdikleri RIVER belirlenmiştir.
